Effective 7/1/15, you will need to log in prior to using the Enrollment and Billing Support form to send inquiries to Membership and Billing. This will ensure that the information transmitted between you and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield remains secure and, where applicable, that our member's information is not compromised.
If you do not have a login today, it's easy to request one:
- In the "Not Yet Registered?" section, select the appropriate option; click 'Go'
- Complete all fields; click 'Submit'
- Your request will be completed within 24-48 hours
