Please Advise Your Groups: Changes to Healthy New York Group Support

This is a reminder to advise your groups that effective January 1, 2016, all new Healthy New York business managed through Excellus BlueCross BlueShield is now supported by regional account managers by location of the employer group.

Prior to this change, all Healthy NY business was supported by the Excellus BlueCross BlueShield office in Rochester, NY.

New groups in the Syracuse, Utica, Watertown, and Southern Tier regions are now supported by your dedicated small group Account Manager in that region, while new groups in the Greater Rochester area are supported by Account Managers in our Rochester office.

Regardless of location, existing groups will be handled by their current Account Managers.
