Coming Soon! AGIF Online Submission for Community Rated Groups
We’re pleased to announce that a new online option to complete the Annual Group Information Form (AGIF) will be coming September 12.
This tool is designed to save time by making the AGIF process more efficient. Many of the fields will be pre-populated with the information provided last year. You will only need to make updates to these fields if something has changed. Groups can complete the form independently, or with their broker’s assistance.
If you are interested in assisting your groups with completing the online AGIF, and you already have access to web, you do not need to do anything else. If you do not have access, you will be able to register after August 10, by clicking the AGIF registration link at https://www.excellusbcbs.com/broker/agif/webid.
If you choose this option your groups will also need to register as they need to sign-off on the form prior to submission. You can view a sample letter that will be mailed to all groups which includes instructions for registration.
You will still have the option to complete the form on paper if desired.
