Qualifying for Special Enrollment Periods

While individual open enrollment has come to a close, there may be some Special Enrollment Periods where members have the opportunity to change plans. Do you have a client that lost their job or one who had a baby, which changes their income or household size? Review the full list of qualifying events and the specific details to assist with determining your clients’ eligibility for coverage.

If any of your clients have questions, such as the status of their application, member ID cards or bills, have them call our Customer Care Center at 1-877-626-9298.  Should you have any questions regarding Broker credentialing or commissions, email inquiries to BrokerContractsExcellus@excellus.com.
