Helping Members Help Themselves

In February, we launched a new Member portal page that provides access to a redesigned dashboard that includes benefits and claims information, health and wellness programs, as well as personalized information on the programs and services Members are eligible to receive. 

Many questions Members have can be answered by accessing their personalized information online—which may save a call to the customer care center, or calls from employers to brokers. 

Registering an account is simple, but does require the Member’s subscriber ID.
