Every open enrollment brings its own unique challenges - and this year was no different. Many of our mutual clients go through renewal for January 1, which often involves making benefit changes for a large volume of groups. Despite some challenges, we feel open enrollment went well and 2016 seems to be off to a good start.

Many of our broker partners provided us with valuable insights over the past year, which had positive impacts on our processes. Thank you to all who made these valuable contributions throughout 2014, and we encourage you to continue to share your feedback with us.
