Blue on Demand Reminder: Make Sure You are Up to Date
Be sure you are using the most up to date versions of Benefit Summaries, Rate Sheets and Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs).
To ensure version control, you can compare your saved or printed documents to the ‘Version Updated’ date displayed on the Summary View page. If you have versions dated prior to the date, be sure to check the details of the updates by clicking the ‘View Updates’ link located next to the version updated date to see if your documents are impacted.
Review the Rate Sheet to ensure your version is up to date.
