New Process for Enrollment and Billing Inquiry Unit
In direct response to the feedback we've received from you, our broker partners, beginning October 6, 2014, our enrollment and billing inquiry unit will have a new service model.
For your accounts serviced by our mid-segment /large group sales and account service teams:
- Please contact your group’s dedicated account service consultant for all enrollment & billing inquiries.
For your accounts serviced by our small group sales and account service teams:
- We will be introducing a small group enrollment and billing inquiry phone number
- Experienced individuals will be working directly with our small group sales and account service teams to better assist in resolving your small group enrollment and billing inquires.
- We are working toward offering the same service model for our small group population, as our mid and large group population. We will keep you informed of future updates.
Please note that individual claim questions still need to be directed to the Customer Care number located on the back of the member's ID Card.
Group notifications will be sent out over the next few weeks to advise them of this change. We will be closely monitoring this transition and welcome your feedback.
