Employee Onboarding

Onboarding is the process of integrating new employees into new jobs and welcoming them into the organization. It is more than simply identifying the restrooms and placing the employee at a desk; onboarding teaches the culture of our organization. It is instructing the employee on how to do the job well and how to access and utilize our various databases, connecting people to key contacts, and helping that employee feel valued and successful. Every new employee at every level needs onboarding, whether they are new to the organization or transitioning to a new role.
