Telemedicine Available January 1
Most members will have access to telemedicine beginning January 1. Through our partnership with MDLIVE, members have a new, faster avenue to receive care for non-urgent conditions. Members will gain access to the program depending on their health plan type and/or the renewal date of their health insurance contract.
We would appreciate it if you would notify your employees that they must wait until their benefit is in effect to register for telemedicine. If your employees try to register before January 1 or their renewal date, they will not be recognized as an Excellus BCBS member.
