New Web Enrollment Feature Enhancements

Excellus BlueCross BlueShield has implemented two new enhancements for web enrollment features that will improve the online experience for you and your employees.  

Other Carrier Information Available

Now when you enroll a new member who also has coverage under another carrier, you'll see a search button to locate the Other Carrier Name and information. Employers and members can enter into the ‘Enroll a New Member’ feature, unique carrier information at the member level. These changes will reduce processing time and capture Other Carrier information for members.


PCP Office Location No Longer Needed

When working on the ‘Enroll a New Member’, ‘Change Coverage’ and ‘Add a Dependent’ features, you will no longer be required to select the Primary Care Physician office location for managed care policies and products that require Primary Care physicians.
