Update: Retiring Product Mailing Scheduled
As you know, we are retiring some of our products effective December 31, 2013 in order to offer products that comply with federal health care reform. In accordance with Department of Financial Services (DFS) regulations, employer groups will begin receiving letters that notify them of the upcoming retirement and recommend a replacement product that most closely matches the benefits of the retired product.
Depending on legal notification requirements, some groups will receive notification in the coming weeks, while their employees will receive their notification the following week.
