Health Coaching - Members may get answers to virtually any health care question, and it doesn't cost a dime. Health coaches are available anytime over the phone or online. Note: The information provided by our health coaches is intended to help educate members, not to replace the advice of a medical professional.
The Healthwise Knowledgebase® - A comprehensive, URAC accredited health database where members can research conditions, medical tests, medications, and treatment options, and get help with key decision points. It supports decisions about when a problem can be treated at home, when to see a doctor, and what treatment option best meets their needs.
Healthcare Advisor - Allows members to select a health condition and connect to an array of health information and tools to help make decisions about their care.
Hospital Quality & Cost Comparison - Members may compare the performance and cost of more than 175 procedures and medical conditions at hospitals nationwide. They may then print their report or email it to a friend or loved one.
Preventive Health Guidelines - Our guidelines help keep members on track with preventive care screenings and exams, with a focus on eliminating high-risk behaviors and encouraging screening for chronic and/or life-threatening disease.
Fall Prevention - Tips and information on helping to prevents falls and injury.
Advanced Care Planning - Tools and information to help members plan for future medical care in case they become unable to make their own decisions.
* Please note there is a $25 annual non-refundable fee to enroll in a fitness club or exercise center, a $10 annual non-refundable fee to enroll in the home fitness program, and a $150 annual allowance for out-of-network facilities.
