Employee Resource Groups
Our employee resource groups support and sustain our diversity efforts. Networks have been established to provide a mutually beneficial relationship for our company and our employees. The groups were created as interactive forums for the inclusion of all willing employees representing a variety of cultural and ethnic heritages, levels of abilities and disabilities, sexual orientations and gender identities, and every dimension found in human society. Through this sharing of individuality, this opportunity to learn truth versus myths or misconceptions, will come greater acceptance of others, better collaboration, and greater success for each person in a supportive corporate environment. Our employee networks enrich their members by providing access to information about a variety of topics that help improve our employees' careers, the lives of those they care for and their own life - not just their corporate lives but other aspects of lives that can impact our life at work.
