Bronze Secure Plus 3 Health Plan

Bronze Secure Plus 3 is an IRS-qualified high-deductible health plan. The plan provides you with the first 3 visits to your primary care doctor at no cost and free coverage for preventive health visits to keep you and your family healthy. For all other services, such as your 4th visit to your primary care doctor, care provided by a specialist or emergency care, you are responsible for paying out of your pocket until you meet your deductible. Once you reach your deductible, your care is covered in full for the remainder of the year.

This plan includes coverage for preventive and routine adult and pediatric dental benefits like an oral exam and cleaning as well as coverage for basic dental care like fillings. Adults will also have coverage for a routine eye exam.
