Cost & Coverage
Platinum Select is a Copay plan, which has a higher monthly premium but lower costs when you get care. It's a good option if you use a lot of health care services and want predictable, lower out-of-pocket costs for routine care.
This plan includes coverage for preventive and routine adult dental benefits like an oral exam and cleaning as well as coverage for basic dental care like fillings. Adults will also have coverage for a routine eye exam.

Embedded Pediatric Dental
In compliance with New York State mandates, all our medical plans include low-cost pediatric dental coverage for those under age 19. You can choose to exclude pediatric dental coverage, while maintaining comprehensive coverage for adults, if you already have coverage from another health plan.
