Cost and coverage

Platinum Select is a copay plan, which has a higher monthly premium but lower costs when you get care. It's a good option if you use a lot of health care services and want predictable, lower out-of-pocket costs for routine care.

This plan includes coverage for preventive and routine adult and pediatric dental benefits like an oral exam and cleaning as well as coverage for basic dental care like fillings. Adults will also have coverage for a routine eye exam.
