We've partnered with Bassett Healthcare Network to offer Bassett Preferred Gold. With Bassett Preferred Gold, you'll pay less out of pocket when you see a doctor or go to a hospital in our preferred (tier 1) network, which includes Bassett doctors, providers or hospitals. You'll still have access to the full Excellus BCBS EPO network of doctors and hospitals but expect to pay more if you use this tier 2 network.
This plan includes coverage for preventive and routine adult dental benefits like an oral exam and cleaning as well as coverage for basic dental care like fillings. Adults will also have coverage for a routine eye exam.
(Note: this plan includes a deductible which applies to diabetic drugs and supplies as required by contract language provided by the state.)
