Cost & Coverage
We've partnered with Crouse Hospital, St Joseph's Hospital Health Center and Lewis County General Hospital to offer CNY Preferred Silver. With CNY Preferred Silver, you'll pay less out of pocket when you see a doctor or go to a hospital in our preferred (tier 1) network, which includes Crouse, St. Joseph's or Lewis County General doctors, providers, and hospitals. You'll still have access to the full Excellus BCBS EPO network of doctors and hospitals but expect to pay more if you use this tier 2 network.
This plan includes coverage for preventive and routine adult and pediatric dental benefits like an oral exam and cleaning as well as coverage for basic dental care like fillings. Adults will also have coverage for a routine eye exam.
