New Mobile App Helps Members Make the Most of Their Benefits

Our new mobile app is available for download today! Now members can access their benefits, claims information, member card, and more—at any time and from anywhere.

Members are busy, and now they have an additional way to take their health plan with them on-the-go. 

Our mobile app provides 24/7 access to:

  • View member card
  • Access benefits, claims information, and paperless preferences
  • Track deductibles and out-of-pocket spending
  • Find an urgent care provider
  • And more

In order to access plan information from the app, members need to create an online account if they haven’t done so already. Their member ID number (found on their Member Card) and a valid email address are required to get started.

The app is available in iTunes and on Google Play
